For the past decade, we've built places that people remember - not because they were perfect, but because they felt real. Saada was born from that same philosophy - to create something pure, simple, and honest. We wanted to do something different this time. Instead of turning Saada into a private property, we decided to give it away - to someone from our own community, someone who shares the love for spaces made with heart. Each booking represents a small piece of that story, a contribution to something larger than just a stay.
When all 365 nights are booked, one person will receive the keys to Saada - not as a prize, but as a symbol of what happens when people believe in a good idea together.

The Idea
Saada is not a contest - it's a shared idea.
We've created a tropical two-bedroom villa just five minutes from the sea in Varkala. It's calm, bright, and handcrafted in the way we build everything at InDa. Every corner holds intention, every detail speaks to the joy of making something by hand.
There are 365 nights open for booking. Each booked night represents one entry into this collective dream. When all 365 nights are booked, one person will receive Saada - completely.
If the winner is from India, the villa will be registered in their name with full ownership rights. If the winner is from another country, they will receive a 50-year registered lease, renewable and fully compliant with Indian law.
Everyone can see the live calendar, so every booking and date remains transparent. No tricks, no sponsors, no hidden costs - just one real villa, and one honest idea brought to life through community.

Is this a lottery or gambling?
No. It's a promotional campaign by InDa Hotel & Café (Avetikyan Hotels Pvt. Ltd.). Every entry is tied to a real booking - a genuine stay at Saada. No tickets, no betting, no games of chance.
Who can participate?
Anyone aged 18 or over - both Indian and foreign citizens - with valid identification and a confirmed booking. Participation is open, fair, and straightforward.
What happens if a foreigner wins?
Foreign citizens receive a 50-year registered lease, renewable and fully compliant with Indian property law. Indian citizens receive full ownership registration. Both outcomes are legally sound and properly documented.
How many entries can I have?
Each night booked equals one entry. Book multiple nights to increase your chances whilst also enjoying more time at Saada. There's no upper limit - book as many nights as you wish.
Can I actually stay during my booked dates?
Absolutely. Every booking is a real stay. You'll experience Saada firsthand, living in the space you're helping to share with the community.
When is the draw?
The draw takes place after all 365 nights are booked. It will be conducted publicly and streamed online so everyone can witness the selection process in real time.
What about refunds?
Bookings are non-refundable, as each represents a commitment to the collective goal. However, you may transfer your booking to another person with advance notice.
Are there extra costs for the winner?
No. Registration fees, legal costs, and applicable taxes related to the transfer or lease are covered by the organiser. The winner receives Saada without unexpected financial burdens.
